Hugh Jackman is taking a shower once again as he brings down his sweltering West Village home — this time with a very small question.
Aussie star “Wolverine” has quietly returned his triple figure at 176 Perry St. on the market, it is now asking for $29.9 million — about $10 million less than the $38.9 million asking price in 2022, The Post has learned.
Jackman, 57, still shares a residence with ex-wife and actress, Deborra-Lee Furness, according to property records.
That earlier run didn’t last. After starting the year with less than $39 million, the condo saw a lot of downsizing before going off the market in April 2024, according to StreetEasy.
The current announcement shows a more aggressive setup – and a clearer reading of where the luxury market is headed for mobile segments that have been chasing epidemic heights.
It’s hard to ignore the apartment itself. Occupying nearly 11,000 square feet across three floors, the luminous glass space sits within a building designed by Richard Meier – and the Pritzker Prize-winning architect also designed the interior.
“He had done the interior of the apartment for the previous owner,” Corcoran broker Deborah Grubman once told The Post.
Grubman declined to comment for this story.
The scale alone puts it in an unusual place. The residence spans the eighth through 10th floors, anchored by a double-height great room wrapped in glass walls overlooking the Hudson River. Spiral staircases connect to each level, while balconies on each floor offer clear water and panoramic views.
“I especially like that western view, where you can see the sunset, the Statue of Liberty and the river and the boats going by. It’s an ever-changing view,” Grubman once said.
The structure looks more like a private building than a chicken coop. Downstairs there are multiple bedroom suites and a spacious recreation area, while the upper floor is reserved for a full-floor master bedroom with spa bath, sauna and dressing areas.
Even by West Village standards, it’s a standout — understated, grand and designed to shine every time.
The re-signing comes at a moment of wider change for Jackman.
The actor and Furness, 70, who split in 2023 after nearly three decades of marriage, have already started to part with their real estate assets – including a detached Chelsea home that recently sold in a complex family deal.
