Donald Trump Jr.’s girlfriend, Bettina Anderson, is holding a mid-April bridal shower at Mar-a-Lago, sources tell Page Six exclusively.
And we hear that the White House wedding could be sometime this year.
We hear Anderson, who is engaged to the President’s son in December, will have fun at a flower-filled “Enchanted Garden” luncheon that one source described as “elegant” and “lady-like.”
Lunch Anderson – whose parents are philanthropists Harry Loy Anderson Jr. and Inger Anderson – will be hosted by Palm Beach socialites Yaz Hernandez, Amy Phelan, and Audrey Gruss.
Hernandez is the Founder of the Couture Council at the Fashion Institute of Technology and a school board sponsor. He previously served as President of the Board of Directors of El Museo del Barrio.
Phelan, who is married to Secretary of the Navy John Phelan, is active in the art world as a collector and is on the MoMA Contemporary Council. She also serves on the Acquisitions Committees of the Tate American and Whitney Museum of American Art.
Gruss is a prominent philanthropist and President of The Audrey and Martin Gruss Foundation. The former beauty executive also founded the Hope for Depression Research Foundation.
We hear the highlight of the party will be an intimate gathering held in the small ballroom inside the mansion, which was designed by the original owner, tycoon Marjorie Merriweather Post.
One source tells us that less than 100 people will receive an invitation, while another source says that about 60 are on the guest list.
And since it’s Palm Beach, there are some who are vying for who will make the cut.
“A lot of noses are out of joint who didn’t get their invite,” sniffed another source. “Everybody’s trying to get an invite.”
Page Six broke the news of the engagement on December 15. Donald Trump also broke the news during a ceremony at the White House that evening.
The couple were expecting Camp David, we just reported. Sources told us the couple headed to the presidential palace to celebrate Anderson’s 39th birthday.
“We are all happy for Don and Bettina as they begin this new chapter together,” Ivanka Trump told us.
“I’m very happy with both of them,” Eric Trump told us. Don and I have been inseparable and I have a good relationship and friendship with Bettina. They’re great together.”
This is Anderson’s first marriage. She was previously engaged to chewing gum heir Beau Wrigley.
Don Jr. he was previously married to Vanessa Trump, who is currently dating Tiger Woods. They married at Mar-a-Lago in 2005 and share five children. They divorced in 2018.
He was also engaged to former news personality, Kimberly Guilfoyle. They got engaged in 2020, but split in December 2024, when she was first seen in public with Anderson.
Guilfoyle was named US Ambassador to Greece hours later.
